-So, Snoop thinks he’s the King of NY. Funny, seeing as most people don’t even consider him the King of the west coast.

-I almost died laughing yesterday, while reading Entertainment Weekly‘s photo issue. If the chip on Kanye West’s shoulder was any bigger, he’d be a logger.

-Jadakiss catches yet another drug/gun possession charge.

-One person was slapped during an altercation between the Wu-Tang and security staff, and several others were tossed off the premises.

-You gotta love the way The Smoking Section grinds. In their latest interview with Obie Trice and Lloyd Banks, Banks says he met The Game in the B-Studio (where they were teaching him how to write songs.) Apparently, certified songwriters like Banks work in the A-Studio.

-You won’t believe who’s winning our Greatest Rap Group of All Time poll.

-Andre 3000′s Class of 3000 cartoon premieres on Cartoon Network November 3 at 7 p.m.

    Snoop actually said he COULD be the King if he chose to be. Which is less ridiculous but still kind of silly, as is all this King nonsense.

    I dig what he did with Vato and if he can get a decent song out that helps chill Black & Brown relations, then all power to him.

    Honestly, that does so much for the streets and the prisons, especially in California.

    I have mixed feelings about his comments in the interview about Crippin’ for life but that does put him in a unique position as a cultural leader to address a lot of tense subjects as an insider rather than an outsider.

    I doubt Styles will drop this year. I’m not even sure if I should include him in my Top 10 releases for November, when I-Scope has basically Redman’ed the Ghost for going against their cash cow.
