“Not a Criminal” didn’t connect with his audience, so Chamillionaire did the smart thing. Reset his campaign, recruited certified hit-machine JR Rotem, and unleashed a new lead single. This time, he also hooked up with one of the greatest storytellers of all time, MC Ricky D himself.

Sounds like “Ridin’ Pt. II,” but it’s definitely an upgrade from “Not a Criminal.”

Ultimate Victory in stores September 18. Mixtape Messiah 3 drops July 18.

    thanx fo da track man..its definitely better than not a criminal….ridin became a hit coz ppl[everybody] knew wht wht cham was talkin abt(and da beat was dope)..i think this track is mainly for hip hop fans and wudnt think this wud be on top of billboard in a couple weeks…u neva kno though…hope da next single is betta…and oh chamillionaire is da man fo putting up mixtape messiah 2 up fo free man…he’s gonna do da same wit MM3 -at least dats wht i thought..yo thnx rizoh
