Houston, we’ve got a problem

Since Guerilla Union didn’t deem it necessary to blast an announcement, I’ll take it upon myself to play vessel of bad news here.
I spoke with the folks at Rock the Bells and they confirmed to me that the Houston leg of RTB has been canceled for some inexplicable reason. (Meanwhile, kids are still winning concert tickets to the event on 97.9.) Let me find out Ghost and Immortal Technique, who’ve been bad-mouthing the south, canceled on security grounds. The Dallas show is still going down tomorrow, but guess who’s not willing to make the 240-mile trip to D-Town?

Needless to say, I’m relocating to New York after this bullsh*t. (J/K)

    Man, find out if that Microsoft Zune BBQ series is coming to a town near you and RSVP that shit right quick. The talent was nowhere near as major as on RTB but overall, that shit was so much more fun than RTB. Real Hip Hop heads, no Rage fans, nice ass sound system, the spot they did it at in NY was off the chain, Large PRofessor, Brand Nubian, Clipse, and surprisingly off the hook final performance by LL Cool J. The Zune still doesn’t see the iPod, but Microsoft got money and they hooked things up right.
