What do you think about the so-called dream ticket — Clinton and Obama as running mates in the 2008 presidential race? Is this a viable option or a recipe for political suicide?

Obama would be a fool to offer Clinton the VP position. She is the corruption he promises to oust from DC on the people’s behalf. If she is anywhere on the Democrat ticket I vote Green Party in November and the people can live with the kind of government they deserve.

But hey, Romney is so paranoid about them taking the White House as if it belongs to Republicans he dropped out of the race.

^ yeah. Clinton would probably choose Obama as her VP, but I’m sure Obama wouldn’t choose her as his VP.

He should go with Edwards, or if he doesn’t pick him as VP, at least make him AG.

I wholeheartedly agree with Ivan on this one, it would be a smart move for Hilary to capitalize on Obama’s charisma and popularity. But if the choice is Baracks’s I think Edwards would be a better fit.

We’re going to have two VP’s no matter what, under her. I’m a Clinton supporter, but I don’t think Obama would ever go for being her VP. I feel like she might go for being his VP, but I doubt he would ask.

Yeah, John Edwards for Attorney General!

I think a Clinton/Obama ticket is John McCain’s best hope. Or Obama/Clinton, either one.

Then again, it took me awhile to realize the marketing genius of Barack Obama, so what do I know?

Don’t think Hillary would pick Obama as VP. You guys know what that could imply? I mean no one picks a more charismatic, energetic and popular VP…Obama would get all the press and coverage and Hillary would just be *there* I doubt she’d want Obama to take her shine..

So don’t vote? The system may be corrupt but is that a good reason to give away the last tiny shred of control you have over it?
