David LaChapelle, who’s shot everyone from Jay-Z to Britney Spears, is one of the illest music photographers of our generation. Part of LaChapelle’s artistic charm is that he has a way of making his subjects look like otherworldly creatures. In the examples below: Lil Kim is a blowup doll, Andre 3000 is a Spartan, and Missy is the Cereal monster! But none of that should deter you from flying to Paris to see LaChapelle’s upcoming exhibition.
