FINALLY, Boo Boo and Ricky Raws settle their score by shooting a fair one Street Fighter style. All rap beefs should be turned into video games so we can play them at home. Btw, is Def Jam Icon any good? I saw a cheapo PS3 version at Game Stop recently and thought twice about copping it.

Eh, it’s more like a combo of MK and SF so we’ll just call it Street Kombat.

Naw, Def Jam blows, bought it cause of my love for hip-hop but my hatred for horrible games won out in the end.

The fighting system is just plain shit, waste of money.

Cosign with Vik. Def Jam Icon was awful.

I third that. I was actually a fan of the previous game, ’cause the fighting system was fun and the plot (such as it was) of rappers playing underground fighters struck me as a bit of commentary on how WWE the rap game has gotten.

Icon not only had a shitty, Fight Night-lite fighting system, but the plot was actual rappers beating each other up over rap shit. It’s a shame, ’cause the soundtrack had “Ante Up” and I’ve been dyin’ to smack fire outta someone in a game to that joint for ages.
