Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly Respond to Jay’s “Off That”

You may recall that Jay-Z hauled some throwaway jabs at right-wing numbnuts Rush Limbaugh and Bill O’Reilly on “Off That.” He also gave Joe Budden a love tap on “Reminder.” Of all three victims of Jay’s lyrical assault, Joey was the one who opted for the high road, saying he wasn’t going to respond. Never mind that he’s been dissing Jay non-stop for years (even on the Slaughterhouse album). Anyway, both Limbaugh and Bill-O took bit the bait and gave Jay some publicity on their respective shows. Watch O’Reilly’s response above.

Limbaugh’s response below:

“I would remind the rapper Jay-Z…Mr. Z, it is President Obama who wants mandated circumcision. If we need to save our penises from anybody, it’s Obama. I did not know I was on anybody’s balls either! I’m happy to know that they think I am, though.”

Tell them ordinary Joes, Budden up.”

It’s a slight jab, kinda like his response to 50 on “It’s Hot” (“All about a dollar, what the fuck is 50 cents?”)

The budden diss is on “Reminder”, not on Off That.

maybe i’m missing the point of jay’s line here, but it sounds like he’s saying bill o’reilly is racist, which he is, so shouldn’t bill o’reilly’s response be something to the effect of “i am not a racist” rather than a sarcastic comment comparing jay to otis?

would be really funny if somebody with a brain worked for either r.l. or b.o. and explained that bp3 is gonna be decent at best and they went in on jay for lacking quality rhymes in his old age.

also…why are we giving these 2 men who want attention and a bigger audience…attention and a bigger audience? more music less old white conservatives.

    Oh goodness… =/

Limbaugh’s response had me laughing, though.
