The Grim Reaper is working overtime this month, yanking celebs with cold quickness as we approach the new year. The latest to bite the dust is DJ Omega Supreme (Andre Kyles) of Organized Konfusion fame. Omega passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 23 after losing his long battle with cancer.
DJ Omega Supreme was the long-standing disc jockey for legendary rap duo Organized Konfusion. Prince Po tells AllHipHop that Omega was the best supporter he ever had. “He was never the type to try and be out front of the show, but ever since I’ve known him, from high school on, he would come to all my basketball games, my shows, always happy to be there for me. He was a true friend. He tried to bring talented and thirsty horses to water… It was a total shock to me, the last time I saw him he looked like he had beat the cancer.”
Rest in power, Supreme.
