Jail-bound rapper Lil Wayne is doing a full court press a la T.I. just before reporting to the big house. Wayne is set to go to jail on February 9th, where he’ll serve a 12-month sentence for gun possession stemming from a 2007 arrest in New York City. Apparently, he’s already working on the 4th installment of Tha Carter series.
