Graphic designer Mark 563 got bored one day, so he whipped out a roll of paper and some color pencils and allowed inspiration to wash over him. The outcome? These beautifully illustrated portrait sketches of 20 hip-hop figures. What makes it even more special is that Mark successfully picked 20 hip-hop artists without including any suckers. Awesome. Here are 20 hip-hop icons immortalized in portrait sketches. Which portrait is your favorite?

    Personally, I’d say Busta Rhymes and Mos Def Have the best composition. (and the most precise shading) Definitely my two favorites of the list.

    As far as the best MC? I’m not even going to shoot at that one.
