Rakaa’s solo debut, Crown of Thorns, dropped yesterday and Decon is promoting it in a fresh manner. This video highlights the album’s production lineup, which includes everyone from Dilated People’s Evidence and Babu to Alchemist and Exile. I like this approach because I’ve always been a sucker for liner notes and production credits. It’s refreshing to see producers take centerstage, because they’re just as important as the MCs on an album. Crown of Thorns is in stores now.
