I wouldn’t normally post this since it’s been making the rounds for about 8 hours and you’ve probably heard it by now. But I had to throw it up mainly as a note to myself that this absolutely has to make my Best of 2010 list. Cee-Lo serves up just the right dose of vitriol (“I really hate your ass right now”) and hopelessness (“And although there’s pain in my chest, I still wish you the best”) that when absorbed in one gulp amounts to a cathartic experience. Between Stray Bullets and Lady Killer (if it somehow manages to escape label limbo), Cee-Lo is gearing up for a special year.
