Tech N9ne – Worldwide Choppers Ft. Yelawolf, Busta Rhymes, Twista, Ceza, JL B.Hood, Uso, D-Loc & Twisted Insane

So this track dropped sometime last week (in internet time also known as ‘the Paleozoic’) and I’ve been sleeping on it like a fool. Well, consider me woken up. It’s bonkers, bananas and all types of assorted fruits and vegetables.

Sure, taking a boatload of world renowned fast rappers and having them rap real fast on a posse cut is a gimmick, but who sad gimmicks where a bad thing per se? It gives these eight emcees a decent enough excuse to flex their verbal acrobatics over a hard driving beat and push each other to the limit (no scarface) like they’re drag racing with Vin Diesel. Similair to the Fast & Furious movies most people barely give a damn about to the content, it’s about the flash and excitement. Contrarily to those same movies, that’s because the content is not that easy to follow. At this neckbreaking pace you’ll miss a whole sentence in the blink of an eye and not even all the verses are English. Turkish speedster Ceza raps in his native tongue and Uso reps for the Danes making the ‘worldwide‘ part of the title more than just hyperbole. But flow is universal, and there is plenty flow in this firecracker, regardless of it’s understandability. This track is pure adrenaline rush rap.

The last verse gives major bonus points to this track, I don’t what Tech N9ne said or did or if it was just the competition on the track that lead to it, but somehow the fire under Busta’s is relit! I haven’t heard a verse from Bussa Bus that had my head knodding since ‘Genesis‘ dropped (the Busta Rhymes album, not Phil C’s old crew) but this definitely did the trick.

Peep this Google map to see what part of the world each of the Worldwide Choppers hail from, and pay attention to their barrage of rhymes while you’re at it.
