If you have to ask who Hex Murda is and why you should give a f*ck about his opinion you have probably never been on Twitter and slept on some of the finest rap Detroit, and therefore the world, has to offer. No, he’s not a rapper, he’s a manager and he’s a Twitter phenomenon, the same venue where just tweeted out this list.
