Q-Tip Signs To G.O.O.D. Music

Miss Info just informed the world of a Def Jam press release stating Q-Tip has signed to Kanyes G.O.O.D. Music imprint:

I’m excited to be a part of the great iconic Def Jam label,” said Q-Tip. “I’m humbled to be a part of such a storied history. To reconnect with Barry Weiss is a great thing. As far as G.O.O.D. Music, I’m excited to solidify my working relationship with Kanye, and I look forward to all the opportunities that lie ahead in our partnership. I will do my best to present the most cutting edge music I can.

Def Jam/G.O.O.D. Music will be releasing The Abstract’s upcoming solo-album “The Last Zulu”in 2013. The last time these two dudes released a song they worked on together the results were pretty damn dope. Let’s hope Tip gets some well-deserved attention for his record this time around ’cause his last solo outing, “The Renaissance” remains criminally slept-on.
