D.L. Hughley on why He Would Pick Nas as Vice President

Nas may have lost some fans over the ghostwriting controversy (doubt it), but he still ranks very high on D.L. Hughley’s list. D.L. stopped by Vh1 studios to promote his new book, I Want You to Shut the Fuck Up. He discussed everything from politics to celebrity culture, and when Carrie Keagan asked him who he’d pick as his VP if he were president, he chose Nas. Why? “Because they’d never assassinate me if he was gonna be the next president.” Ouch.
