Spoken word hip-hop artist Propaganda’s first single from his upcoming Excellent album teams him with High Society member Sho Baraka for a measured and heartfelt pondering of life’s unanswerable questions.

With echoes of Nas’ “Daughters,” the duo offers first-person and fictional accounts of the stress encountered when trying to be a successful parent. It’s a theme just about anyone can relate to for what is arguably one of life’s most important jobs and one that doesn’t come with any sort of training manual.

Excellent drops on September 25 and, like all Humble Beast projects, will be offered for sale and as a free download from the label’s website.
